Draft your guest list early

Guest count drives cost more than flowers, favours or stationery ever will. It influences venue options, catering tiers, table layouts and overall spend. The sooner you understand your likely numbers, the clearer everything becomes.

Decide what matters most to you both

Is it atmosphere?
Food?
Photography?
An unforgettable guest experience?
An intimate celebration?

When you are aligned on priorities, you stop being led by trends and start making intentional decisions.
